I'm pretty sure you have to sign a release form, especially if the photos are being distributed/sold. Maybe you should shoot them an email about it?

As far as I can tell, they should have got you to sign a release form, but I'm looking into it :ph34r:

You mean the other images with him in the Hawaiian shirt and Chamillionaire? Those ones were pictures of before the awards when they were rehearsing. I thought that too though when I first saw them.

At an event like that, if they get eye contact with the person (if you look at the camera and smile), you have given them consent to take the photo. When its an event with celebrities, generally it's considered a public venue, and they can take your photo. I would have to look into the exact conditions, but all I know is the consent thing.

I have no problem at all with my picture being there. I think it's cool. I was just wondering how they are allowed to sell the image without my permission.
