Your favorite Al concert moments....

I will try again, July 9th, when I go to the concert, I will tell everyone the results, I'm gonna try to get there extra early to try to pop up out of nowhere and surprise Al or do something to make Al laugh.

Al is a totally different person pre concert. I was very shocked. I know Al is a humble fellow, but if you catch him alone, he is even more so. And of course still nice as could be. Just dont interrupt him if he has food, he tends to eat very close to show time.

We know Al's not the same offstage as he is on... but are you saying that he's different pre-concert vs. post-concert?

Well, I think it would be common courtesy not to disturb Al if he were eating. Perhaps that is what Mike is talking about. I've never met him before a show, so I wouldn't know.

I met Al last year a couple hours before the show, and he was very different than he normally is post show. And the eating comment was because last year I was walking to the venue and Al was walking towards me with his dinner, and I so wanted to freak out and all, but I played it cool.
