World of Weird Al Yankovic

I consider it the best Al-concert that I've ever seen. Not sure how many cameras there were, but the live video was so awesome.
I was down, a bit right of the stage for the concert. I could see Al and the band really well, as well as look directly up to see the (again, impressive) live stream.

I also noticed and commented on how crazy it looked having Al in the audience, with everyone practically putting their camera/cellphone in Al's face while he was trying to do the WBUL bit. But he seemed to manage it pretty well.

I think it was the first time I heard You Make Me, or New Duck live. I might be wrong. But it was fun.
Surprised to see so many of the face-to-faces being used, lots of fun. One of them, I'm not sure if I had seen before, so maybe it was one that hasn't been released yet? He had the most recent one with Jeff Bridges, so who knows.

I was afraid the setlist would get cut short, being the stupid fair and all, especially since I thought I read the concert was to start at 7:30, with fireworks at 9. Luckily, the concert was at 9:30 (after the best fireworks show I've ever seen.)

I had an awesome evening. Absolutely awesome. Al and the band were in top form. The few tech issues near the start were not enough to detract from how I feel. Greatest Al-concert I've ever been to.

Which is nice, considering the Alpocalypse Live DVD was so disappointing.

Never mind, I found it! Another fine offering from Loudmouth Golf, who brought us the zebra suit.

Awesome stuff, would love to buy one of those outfits, but I never go anywhere so the cost doesnt make sense for me

BTW, Cledus T Judd was always the opposite of Al, doing the country parodies. Well in his new video Cledus wears the pants from Al's WYL jacket.

Helen, that jacket is perfect! I love all the stuff Al gets from Loudmouth Golf. Wish I had the cash to get clothes from there. Ah, well.

wow, it's almost as if they made that jacket with "Canadian Idiot" in mind.

I just saw someone post on twitter that Al was not so nice to the Navy Band Personnel backstage. I find this hard to believe. Well, the exact tweet: "@joanjett and @smokey_robinson were totally cool to Navy Band personnel backstage at the fair in Del Mar. @alyankovic, not so much." I am tempted to ask how so. I can't imagine Al not being nice to anyone, especially the band (or people connected with them) that opened for him.

Perhaps he was keeping to himself as has been reported by another person, I believe a cheerleader. Apparently that is seen as rude

Wow...well, that doesn't sound as bad as that tweet made things seem. Where did you see the comment from the cheerleader? Just curious.
