Why would he mention that the plates are expired? He probably does not even know since he probably is not the owner of the bus.

No, I meant he would mention being pulled over for the expired license, which would have inevitably happened by now.

I don't think Al would mention it,..... the bus driver would be the one getting pulled over/get the ticket... not AL. Al would probably be asleep or something. Al doesn't have to worry about small things like that, because he's famous.
