Not to be cynical, but can Al really fill this venue up? i know he played here in 04 and 07, but I didn't go to either of those shows. I'm just looking at the other acts booked, Green Day...Rush...John Mayer. Al's sold 12 million albums while green day has sold 22 in the United States and Rush 25.
I would love to see AL play to a fan packed show here, but has that happened in years past?

He's filled it pretty nicely in the past, yes.

Awesome! , Do you know how pricing has been then? They have a lot of differently tiered seats from lawn to orchestra. Can up front seats be had for reasonable prices? (under $100)

Tickets are $25-$55, or $64 on the mothership. Sweet deal.

Bought our tickets this morning. It's the "hometown" concert, so there's 9 total in our group attending. Went with the WeirdAl.com presale this time. Too many logistics otherwise. Let someone else worry about where we're all sitting.

I feel bad for the person that has to figure out where they're going to seat us.
But hey, our Party of Nine will certainly shatter my personal record for Largest Concert-Going Group.

I think the largest group Ive been in was MN State Fair 2003...there was 5 of us...not that big I guess lol. And only 2 of us were hardcore fans. I'll come say hi to your group lol. A giant part of my going out there in the first place is to meet ya guys!

Yeah, it will be great to have so many friends at this show.
I believe the largest group I was a part of was 7 at Carowinds and my 1st show, the only "hometown" show I'll ever get, here in Charleston, WV...it makes it that much more fun going with a group of people.

Wow, were we all seated together for that one? I forgot about that. Good memory.
