Al at "UHF" showing in Austin, TX

Wow, what a shame -- so sorry about this, everybody.

If you don't live too far away, you could show up at the theatre to see if they release some seats. Or keep your eye out for private parties offering to sell their tickets online. (I don't mean scalpers, just people who just end up with extras--seems to happen all the time.)

Thanks for reminding me that there still might be a way to get a couple of tickets for the show.

You know, I'm really happy for Al that the show has sold out so quickly! Though I'm hopeing that there isn't some ticket agency that was involved in buying bunches of the tickets and will now will try to sell them for triple their face value (or more). Some of us, me included, have gotten spoiled with the pre-sales of Al's shows that we are allowed to participate in. I guess that's why it was such a shocker for me that there weren't any tickets left an hour after they went on sale.

But, like I said, I'm very happy that Al was able to sell out the show so quick. It would be great if he is able to bring more of this type of show to other cities

OK. No more whinning from me now. I just bought two tickets for the 3 o'clock show and I'll be in the 8th row. Yippee!!! This is extra nice that a 2nd show was added because I wasn't going to make it to see the tour at all this year. I'm so happy!!! And, this show works out better with a babysitter for the little ones than the 7 o'clock show would too. So, who else is going to the 3 o'clock show?

Well, I hope you know, it's not exactly "the tour". It's just a showing of UHF with Al there taking questions. But, you'll at least get to see Al and possibly meet.

Congrats on getting tickets...I thought about trying, but with so many concerts to go to...just wasn't worth it to fly out to Austin for this.

Yeah, exactly...I'm sure you will have a great time. I wish Austin was closer so that I could make it. Their events for this sound exciting, UHF Themed After-Party at a high class nightclub/bowling alley...singing with Al in music videos...Really hope you all that do get to go to this enjoy it!
