That's really cool! I've always wanted to see that clip, cuz I've only seen pictures and read articles on it. Thanks!

Here's another video of the Virgin signing. Pretty cool.

Yes, that's my YouTube account and I posted the link on page 3 of this thread, along with his performance of Pentiums on Talk Soup.

And now for something completely different...

Al clips on YouTube and Google Video!

From AL-TV #1, the very first (?) appearance of Harvey the Wonder Hamster, followed by an interview with Boy George!

More to come, including a commercial from AL-TV 8.

More AlTube for you all!

Larry H. Finklestein ad, from AL-TV #8:

From 9/7/84, a portion of the ABC Saturday Morning Preview Park. I don't know how long the whole thing is; this is all I had of it. Watch out! It's so corny you'll be pulling slivers of husk out of your eyeballs.

A very brief appearance by Al on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. They were working on the house of the Goodale family. This was broadcast on 11/13/05:

eBay Live!
This is an audience recording of Al at the eBay Live! 2003 conference in Orlando, FL on 6/27/03. It's focused on a video screen since the person who recorded it was quite far back from the stage. I can't tell if Al is lip-syncing in this vid. Certainly he has the album track as backing at the least, but he sings in person so well (and the quality of the audio is such) that I don't know for positive if the lead vocal is him live or the album track! I would tend to think it's him live as I was under the impression that he only lipsyncs if it's absolutely unavoidable.

I am also uploading a new version of the Angry White Boy Polka, this one from AL-TV #9 instead of the fan-edited version I originally put up.

On Google Video

It's still processing at YouTube so give it at least a couple of hours to finish. Then, while at any of my other videos click on my username and select the new one from the list. The earlier Angry White Boy Polka video will be removed once the newer one is finished uploading and is available.

Edit: there was apparently an ecoding problem with the eBay clips so I've updated the links to a new version.

Bob Rozga posted this YouTube link in another thread, of the Alanis Morissette video for Ironic with Al insterted into it, from AlMusic. I never saw the entire thing before - just the short piece that got used on AL-TV.

Also in another thread, SmileyGirl87 posted another YouTube link, to Al and Victoria Jackson on the Joe Franklin Show. I'm guessing that this is the appearance mentioned at Al-oholics Anonymous as being from about 1992. Joe Franklin's show ended in 1993, and Victoria Jackson being there means it happened after UHF.
