I'm very sad I won't be able to go to this show after all....sometimes it's not fun being a poor college student.

But I hope everyone that's going has an awesome time....can't wait to see pics and hear about it afterwards!
Concerts I've attended:

6/9/07
7/17/10
9/23/11
8/18/15

Wow, you took a lot of pictures! They're great! Glad you had a good time.

I was reading through some of the comments on Al's page about this show, and I just had to post this one here:

I JUST got back from your concert in Grand Prairie, and I have something to say to you, Al Yankovic...

That was the most MIND BLOWING, BRAIN BLASTING, LIFE CHANGING performance I've EVER seen.

I was BLOWN AWAY by the light show, the music, and most of all, the FUN you brought to the show. When you got to "Albuquerque"... just WOW. Let's just say that now I have a KILLER migraine and I LOVE it.

I was a big fan before I saw you in person, but now I'm considering having ""Weird Al" ROCKS!" tattooed on my forehead... Forehead? Heck, I'll have a mural of you over my entire body! Right after I shake off my terrible phobia of needles, I'll get right on it!

Can't wait 'till the next album and tour. You'll see me at every one of your concerts in Texas! And this time, I swear I'll get an isle seat in the pit. I Wanna B Ur Luvr, baby. Hahaha.

See you next time around!

She signed her name at the bottom, but I decided to leave that off. Guess she really had a great time!

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

I posted that!! :D

"Ludo" let me know on myspace about being quoted here. Hahahaha, I was high on Al's awesome at the time, so I cannot be held responsible for anything said as result of said awesome.

Yes, the concert was absolutely amazing, though my seat wasn't very good. One of my friends, who is a forty-year old man, ended up VERY close to the stage. He was kind enough to offer to switch seats with me, but being a nice person, I declined.... unfortunately so, because Al walked RIGHT by him during Wanna B Ur Lovr and sung to a woman behind him!! Geez...

Anyway, I can ultimately say that despite that major disappointment, that concert was deffinitely the highlight of my young life.

Hi, Amanda, and welcome! I just thought that was such an awesome comment, I had to quote it. Al is awesome, indeed! It's so nice to see someone so enthusiastic about a show like that.

It's impossible NOT to be enthusiastic at Al's shows, is it not??

I mean, even the old guys in front of me were having a blast. There was a couple in the back who went absolutely NUTS when Albequerque came on, and they started hugging each other and crying (happily)... I love how Al's concerts bring everyone together, no matter what age or social standing. :]

He is the factor that unites us all!! >:]

EDIT: And did anyone else at this particular concert notice that Al kept making faces and rubbing his head like he was in pain...? He looked like he had a serious migraine or something, and I kept thinking- "geez, I hope he's all right!!"
