Ah, but that was not the person who told you to give it a rest. Nice to see this guy acknowledging Al's success, and the notation at the bottom is nice, too.

This is the second concert of my return tour-chase tour, lol.....

Looks like tickets for this are Standing Room Only with the track being there, so I'm not going to worry about tickets until I get there that day, since will-call would make it late for the line....with the SRO should be able to get a great view for the show....

My ticket is SRO but it's also Will Call and I'll be with Ryan aka R.Wappin :)

(I may or may not have cookies to give out... depends on whether I go grocery shopping beforehand).

Have fun at this show everyone! I have my tickets for it, but unfortunately for me I can't make it due to some schedule conflicts at work. <_<

(First post so be gentle)

Great show in Springfield tonight! This was my first (and my wife's first) Al show. Just a great concert and a lot of fun! I'm guessing there were 5,000-6,000 in attendance but I may be wrong. Our seats were obstructed view (Section G) but we moved down a few times as the Fair allowed people who didn't buy track/SRO tickets to come down and put more of a crowd in front of the band.

Hope to hear from others that were there. I believe there will be a newspaper review of the concert, probably tomorrow morning: Springfield State Journal-Register

Glad you had a good time, and welcome! Did you take any pictures?

No pics but I'm sure that newspaper website will have a few.

FYI: The encore(s) were "Cell Phones" and "Alburquerque". Did not perform "Wanna B Ur Lover" but the set list looked similar to the St. Charles, MO show from what I saw.

Ah, I see it was SRO. That's why he didn't perform WBUL. That happened at some shows last year as well. I'm hoping a few other people who went to this show took pictures. I'll keep an eye out for that review, though.

Yes there was SRO. It would be tough to avoid mass hysteria if Al were to jump down into the crowd like that.

There is a pic of a tattoo from "Weird Al devotee Fred Olderr: Tattoo

I've met Fred several times, and have seen that tattoo. She's a member here.

She will post some awesome pics, I'm sure.
