No TheLazenBy's extraction is really the only "acapella version" that's any good that's around anywhere. I just stretched it to be 140 BPM, made the first channel be mono, ran the second channel through the "Dual Tape Decks" NyQuist plugin and deleted all the parts of the second channel that weren't essential. It was really simple work in Audacity.

The "White & Nerdy acapella" that has been floating around is apparently just the first channel from TheLazenBy's extraction by itself. I need to get permission to redistribute "Straight Outta Lynwood Naked" because several people are asking me for it.

I have a completely acapella version of White and Nerdy but it's missing the "white and nerdy" part...which is the one you mentioned - I just muted the other channel.

I'm pretty sure he meant the capitalization, as in LazenBy instead of Lazenby.

I was testing various songs to see if I could get anything out of them. So here's an instrumental of Headline News. Not everything is perfect but it's about as good as you can get. It's not like a 5.1 recording...but I think it's still pretty good.

Whew ... that one took a while to get finished and everything right. But now it looks good and streams and everything.

Anyway ... I'm downloading your Headline News instrumental now .... What I really really want is a halfway decent It's All About the Pentiums acapella. Or maybe even Albaquerqy or however you spell that.
