Thanks for the review. You're not going to let us know who got a mention, eh? Does that mean we have to guess, because I'm lousy at that. Glad you got to talk to Al. Funny about what he said about the SLN bit.

it was a very very very good show. I was in the fourth row and got some streamers from Canadian Idiot and a great deal wet from SLN. lol. We waited to meet Al after the show. I didnt have a sticker, which made me wonder how one would obtain one, anyway, Al was a great sport and let those waiting in for autographs and pictures. I had him sign my DVD of UHF.
(short conversation shortend up)

Me: Good Show Great Show

AL: Thank You Very Much

Me: Best Show i've Seen since UHF

AL: You Should Get Out More.

He was real cool person to talk to for the brief amount of time I had to speak with him.

Thanx for the comment, Patti! I'm sorry, but I don't feel that I should reveal who it was. I don't want to take over their telling of it, when it was their moment. But, I'm sure you know who it is......

Glad you had a great time drbein! Glad that you didn't have to have a pass to meet Al...they are very generous, and there were tons of people back there tonight. Also, you SHOULD get out more!.....

Oh, it was someone in the audience? I was confused by "the maker of one of the songs names" part. I'll wait for their story, then.

Glad you got to meet Al, drebin! He's pretty cool, eh?

 It's cool isn't it, how after speaking with him for even a short time, you feel like a..well, a....Close Personal Friend of Al?

It is really cool, Jer. I love how Al is so open to fans, like during the day, he saw me-recognized me--and said "Hey, It's nice to see ya again, How you doin?" He then went into the Pine Tree Grill. I went their later on, and the waitress sat me at the same table and chair that Al had ate at. So, that was cool. When I went in, Joe(Stage Manager) and the Band Bus Driver were finishing up their meal, and as they were leaving Joe stopped and chatted a bit. B*RM*D* then came in with three other people and sat a few tables away. Before all of this conspired, I waited outside by the tour bus with J & D and watched the goings on. Al, B*..and Ruben all got off the Oneida shuttle bus. I figured they had been touring the city, but they might have just gotten there since the airport was right next door. That was the only major thing. Although, it was cool to see Ruben get a bike off the bus and ride it around the parking lot.

So, my Pre-Show activities were fun, as well...although, I didn't get to catch a .......... .

Great show last night, much better sitting in the front row than standing on a bench in the rain @ Summerfest. Before the show Steve was tuning his guitars and looked down at my sister, my roommate, my girlfriend and I and said, "Hi." Then before we knew it he came down and sat next to us and introduced himself and we chatted for a bit, it was a really unexpected and great moment. The show was phenomenal, even having to duck the confetti launchers at the end of the show. After the show we hung around to see the band, all the guys were wondering around chatting with fans. It was really neat to see them being so open and inviting. The security guard then let all of us "non-pass wearers" get in line to get an autograph from Al. That was the moment I realized I had nothing for him to sign, except the shirt (which was attending its 3rd Al show), which has a large "27" on the back. (It was a Wal-mart special, which I only bought because of the 27 on it.) So I took the shirt off of my back, don't worry I had an undershirt on. And Al signed it right under the 27 on the back. Then my sister asked for a pic of Al and I, b/c she knows how big of an Al fan I am. It was great to meet the man and the band, which are just so real (not fake, like that K-Fed guy). We also got a pic w/Steve.

On another note my sister ran into a guy, whom she had her pic taken w/back in 96 or 97 during the Bad Hair Tour @ the Seymour County Fair. The guy was dressed & looked just like Al. My sis approached him and asked to take another picture 11 years later. Its really great to see people you don't know and they can be so friendly.

Lots of love to all the Al fans out there, & I'll try to get some pictures up to share.

Ah, thanks, Fred. Yeah, he really doesn't post here much. That's cool, though.

Alinite, what's with the abbreviations? Is it some secret code? I'm glad you're getting recognized and stuff. That's cool. Also perplexed about that last sentence.

*Dreams of having Al utter her first name*
