Update after Googling briefly: The Consumer Electronics show isn't open to the general public, so hearing it/recording it from XM will be the only way to hear Al.

If it's even broadcast... I haven't been able to find any evidence that it will be...

I have emailed and called XM. The couple of people I talked to said that it wasn't going to be broadcast live, but it **might** (emphasis on very slim odds) be edited and broadcast at a later date on XM 200, the special live events channel.

At the very least, I sugguested that it would be cool to broadcast (live or pre-recorded) in 2006.

Probably why it's not mentioned on The Mothership...

Over at the XM411.com forums, they have people posting updates and photos from the CES show... it's possible that, at the very least, a picture of Al from the show may pop up there this weekend.

If it's the Al appearance you're talking about Driew, it hasn't happened yet.

I thought it said 3pm today (the 6th).

The 8th, Driew. Al is not on until the 8th.
