Garage band? Really? I guess one of us has an entry in the Misheard Lyrics thread.

Oh and the Stormtroopers? I think definately a lucky Star Wars fan group. They all seemed very happy to be back in the meet and greet. Not like folks who just showed up for a paycheck.

Garage band. Really. I just re-watched SLN on WAY Live! with subtitles. Not that that was a hardship or anything. :D

as well as making it look as though Al has run out of giveaway shorts and had to dip into his personal laundry.

Do you know something we don't? :lookround:

Oh, Bobbi! I'm so happy for you! You got two hugs from Al! Woo hoo! And one from Jon! Yay! I'm so glad you were able to remember your name. I never told Al mine, but he seems to know it anyway, accordion to what my dear friend Karen told me. Sounds like the show was great! Storm troopers on stage? How cool is that? Thanks for the great review. Now you know what it's like to be on cloud 27!

WOW SD, what an AWESOME review...I almost felt like I was reliving my two wonderful experiences all over again..especially your Yanko-hugs!! :inlove:...You are so lucky to get passes from Jay...Just out of curiousity, how did that come about? (I'm sorry if you already said it somewhere else!) What an exciting show! I really am in a great mood now, and I know EXACTLY what you mean about floating away in an Al-induced haze. It happened when I saw him the first time. When I hugged him. And after the Cleveland show because it was such a *personal* show for me, so enthusiastic and wonderful...I'm really happy you had such a great time, wish you could have had better sound the whole way through, but at least you were there, right? Your pics are so wonderful, thanks for taking the time to post them!! So WB, good luck with the new job, and thanks again SD!! You made all of us here at WOWAY'S night...(well all those who read your review anyway!!)

Same reason I had one. Jay gave passes for use by the people who've been helping with the star campaign. I really feel like I got a freebie there... all I've done was do a little of my trademark nitpicking and rewording on some of the text, while Vikki's been up to her eyeballs in IRS paperwork  and Scotti did practically all the graphics for the campaign. But Scotti wasn't able to come to Los Angeles, so Jay took care of her in Puyallup.

I think she's ok with missing Los Angeles now. :D

Makes me wish I could do more for the campaign. Darn college and making me super busy.

The Star Wars fan group there just had to be too cool. Wow. Think of sending a pic to weirdal.com since those are unique pictures.

Jay was Scotti's succor.

ScottiDog, sounds like you had a good experience in Puyallup!

I didn't see anybody I knew there until after the place cleared out and I met up with the Yellins. But I didn't have a lack of people to talk to. I was chatting with some people at the gate to the where the buses were parked both before and after the show. When the bus left, Al wasn't in the back window waving to us like he usually does, so I was wondering if he was even on the bus. Steve was in the copilot chair, though. After the bus left the small group of people waiting at the gate split up and left. I think we were the last people out of the park. The police kept hanging around watching us. Anyway, those dancing storm troopers were a blast!
