Is AL-TV returning or did you find a nice interview? Just tell the folks here.

I think we all know which questions I submitted...but here's the link anyway just because I liked the comments posted under Al's answer.

I'm sorry I didn't get to upvote your question Jon, but I think it kind of got answered anyway!

Al answered my question. Obviously, this has to be the second greatest day of my life. I'd like to thank both Al and Reddit for this opportunity, obviously.

Other than that, this reddit was definitely worth while for all involved. Although there were no real earth shattering or terribly revealing responses from Al, it was still great fun getting to participate. Still, I was just like having "Ask Al" back up and running again (except with way more idiotic side comments this time).

I'd like to thank everyone who upvoted my questions so Al eventually saw them (although I'd like to think these two tweets I sent also helped)

I'd like to thank just2good for giving me the second question. I'd like to thank Ludo and Saries27 for alerting me on Twitter that AL had answered my questions.

I'd also like to thank Jace for putting together the highlights from this IAMA (just in case Buzzfeed decides to snub this one).

I think it's pretty clear that since Al joked his next album won't be out until 2019, this will now be picked up as a headline in the music trades that "AL CONFIRMS NEXT ALBUM DEFINITELY WON'T BE OUT UNTIL 2019"
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?

Is he ever going to do anything for FunnyJunk?
There is only one who can save us. His name is Weird. No, really, Weird is his name.

Ahhh, a big fan of Jim and Steve I see...
So what had you learned from your "Internet Leaks" experiment? Will you be doing so again for the new album?
"Internet Leaks" served a few purposes - it allowed fans to enjoy 5 of my songs a couple years before the full album came out, and it allowed me to play those songs in my live show, and it even got me an extra Grammy nomination! But I'm not inclined to do it again, because when Alpocalypse finally did come out, a number of fans groused that they were disappointed because they'd heard half the album already. So ultimately, I think I'd like my next album to be perceived as all new material when it comes out in 2019.
:whoot:

Oh, 2019.. :(

All songwriting proceeds from "Achy Breaky Song" went to United Cerebral Palsy Association. All proceeds from "Perform This Way" went to the Human Rights Campaign. Pretty sure at least one of the ALCONs had all auction item proceeds go to Make A Wish. Also Comic Relief. I'm sure there are others I'm not aware of.

Thank you all for answering my questions last year, I just saw that now. Sorry! But, it's too late, I already included some with what I asked today. The AMA is going on right now, so are we going to do the thing where we upvote eachother's questions? Here's mine!
