It's not nearly as blatant as the Star Casino ad ripping off Richard Cheese, but I promise it's because someone saw his kid's iPod and thought "Hey nobody'll notice it!"

I think it's pretty clearly an homage to My Bologna, rather than a direct Mencia-esque rip-off.
