Songs that would sound awsome in a polka medley:

Dont Let Go (Weezer)
Oops I Did Again (Britney Spears)
Complicated (Avril Lavigne)
East Coast Anthem (Good Charlotte)
My Sacrifice (Linkin Park)
Hi My Name Is Slim Shady (eminem)
Hey Now Your an All star (Smashmouth)
They'll youll be (faith Hill)
Everything In Its Right Place (Radiohead)
Thats What Girls Do (No Secrets-(the song that was in the Powerpuff Girls Movie))
I Want It That way (Nsync)
Al already parodied I Want It That Way as eBay. why am I telling you? (rhetorical question btw) you all know already! who doesn't? just thought I'd mention it for the sake of posting something... :P
spice girls always sound funny on parodies. and how about Aqua? 'I'm a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world...' would be very funny! as would some Beatles songs too perhaps...

I agree. I'm ready for Al to poke fun at country again. It's been a while since he's done it. Country is becoming more and more popular, so Al should definitely address it on the next album, whether through a parody or in a polka medley.

I have ALWAYS wanted to hear a showtunes polka! Being a musical drama queen, of course.... just think, he could have everything from Frank Sinatra to Phantom of the Opera to Grease!

SSG, a stroke of brilliance. Since Al's polkas somehow always become timeless, despite the fact they usually use pop, I think using classic broadway shows would be brilliant.

I'm dreaming of a next-album polka medley that includes Green Day's "Holiday"!

(And while I'm dreaming, a parody of "American Idiot"!) :whoot:

I think an all-show-tunes polka would be way cool, particularly with songs from shows that have been movies (Grease, West Side Story, Oklahoma) rather than obscure shows only rich New Yorkers are familiar with. And an all-country polka would be okay; I'm sure Al would pick only the best of the best country songs.

I'd be amused by an all-Ramones polka ("Gabba Gabba Polka"?), although I won't hold my breath for that one. But yeah, sometime in Al's career, he should definitely do the all-Beatle polka -video, please!- and I like the idea of an all-Elvis polka, too -- (not you, Dave!)

Can I dream of an all-Who polka? ("Won't Get Polka'd Again")

This CD can't come too soon for me. Wahoo!
