Well, ALMOST all. We still don't do that lurking-in-the-shrubbery thing, even though Bela has crossed the rainbow bridge. 8)

We started talking, and eventually the conversation turned to Weird Al since I knew he was friends with Al. He mentioned something regarding Al's Brain that, as far as I know, is new news regarding the project:

SPOILER Tim & Eric appear in the movie, and they apparently filmed their part recently. Their part involves demonstrating how long the brain would be if you unraveled it.

Kind of neat to know!
Wow You talked to Eric You had dinner withEric??... WOW!

That's sad that they're getting so upset over this...I read all of those comments (and, Louise, good commentating despite the fact of other angry commentators ;) ) But I honestly don't think that a few people boycotting or anything is going to change how much the fair makes off of Al's Brain, I think that they'll make a pretty good profit actually because they'll still be drawing in people from other states (and in some cases countries like expressed here) that think this idea's very cool...and of course there are probably a whole lot more local people who support it rather than hate it.

Man...reading more and more about Al's Brain, I hope it does become very popular so they can move it to other locations around the US, and hopefully other countries....but preferrably Chicago, or any other location in or around the middle of the country so I can go see it. :P

My friends, Bill and Mike, are on a dodgeball team with Eric. Both used to intern for Abso Lutely Productions; they also went to Temple U where T&E went so the guys liked them right away. Eric's a cool guy, just as eccentric as my friends and I are. He's not really that famous so he doesn't act like a celebrity.

We talked about all sorts of things, part of the time Weird Al. He said he had heard someone talking about AlFest actually. I encouraged him to attend.

Is "Al's Brain" supposed to be traveling to various fairs across the country, or is it just for the Orange Country & Puyallup fairs?

IIRC, it was made for OC at first, then is planned to travel around afterwards (starting with Puyallup.)

According to the article above, it will definitely be going to Puyallup, and OC Fair hopes to distribute it further.
