It's a kind of salad dressing, I think, but for some reason I don't want to eat it.

I met Weird Al at the Virgin Megastore, which, in retrospect, in an unintentionally appropriate place for a "Weird Al" Yankovic fan meet & greet.

Considering that many of his fans, like me, are young teens, I don't really take it as an insult.

It's not so much an insult to the younger teens on the board, but to the older teens and adults on here it is.

To everyone who had their feelings hurt by my virgin comment, I didn't expect you to be so sensitive. If you didn't get it, it was a figure of speech. A figure of speech stretches things to the extreme. "I'm so hungry I could eat a horse" Don't expect me to eat a horse now. Of course you aren't all virgins... Only the people that got offended. :P

Anyway, I was trying to make a point, so please don't take it the wrong way. And Bruce the Duck, I can see your point of view, but I really think the opposite is true. I think it's great that they didn't go into very many extremes and exaggerations. I think any other animator would have put in the full piece of toast in her mouth, and they decided to go the more subtle and unexpected route, which I think makes it funnier. A whole piece of toast would be predictable, dumb and too wacky for this piece. The fact that it is animation, everyone is expecting a lot of crazy exaggeration and the animators decision to hold back was brilliant.

I just don't think you guys are looking at the big picture. This animation was about real life situations, subtlety and not overblown wackiness.

I'm all about what spadowski said. This song was "as banal as possible" according to Al and the video follows suit. He makes a good point and I still think the use of rack focusing was hilarious to see in a cartoon.
But even still something about it wasn't there. I think it was just that if there was going to be a Trapped video it should've been live action. I wouldn't expect Al to make such a video and I am glad we got something, but it was still a little underwhelming.
