If he has an album title and artwork concept, why not do it now? I do think this is promising for a first half of 2014 release date.

He seems to mention going on diets and them ending when he does photo and video shoots and yet, he never seems too out of shape to me. He must hide out and just let himself go when he is not doing anything with as much weight he always says he has lost with these things

I believe that he has began working on the parodies, based on instances I've seen and conversations I've had on the road.
It's also interesting to look at pics I have with him from the beginning of the summer tour in June til now. You can definitely see the weight loss, and I figured it was for some type of upcoming publicity shoot.

The last time he tweeted about going on a diet, it was during the Craigslist video shoot. I wonder if Al is going to be wearing anything that is going to necessitate weight loss in order to fit into or if Al just thought he looked "puffy" again and wanted to slim down for the album cover?
Still, I like to hear that he's making some progress with (especially on his second day off from touring)

Al actually said this during the Dr. Demento interview for SOL when he talked about getting in shape for the "Pitiful" video that never was. They were his words, not mine.
