OK... I got basically the same response, only that my tickets would be sent out by Friday the 6th. Anyway, my second problem... the person I was going with can't go. Sooo... I have an extra ticket... according to the e-mail the seats are PIT FFF 7-8. If someone wants to meet me there and get the tic... its up for grabs... Frankly, just buy me a coke or something and we can call it even. Not sure how to best do this but I created an e-mail address just for this purpose so I can feel comfortable posting here, and then deleting the account after arrangements are made. The address is [email protected]

Say it ain't so, Joe! :o

I would expect no less from Artists Arena. There's a reason there's a "I hate Artists Arena" topic on here. If I read it right, I'm glad to read that PAID is handling tickets for this one. That means I'll actually get my tickets, and they'll be the best available given the circumstances. PAID :good: . Artists Arena :bad: .

mrne, Did you order the VIP Package for the 14th show? I ordered the package and my seat is FFF-13. Kinda disappointed with that...especially since I ordered right when it went on sale. 6th row's really the best they could get?? For this show I have the CC with everyone else...seat 41.

It's nice to see that they are handling the ticket shipment well, even though I wish it could be earlier. Last time I'll be home at that address is this weekend before I go, but I guess arrangements can be made to have them brought to me.

Yes, I got the VIP package and ordered fairly close to sale time. The confirmation e-mail came 3/19/2010 at 10:35a. You may have to opt for the Will Call option if you can't get back to your tickets.

Sweet, hopefully I do something memorable enough to have a song written about me.

and this morning i get this:

Never trust a spreadsheet that you didn’t maintain/create.
Now that I actually have an envelope with your name on it your seats for the 13th are actually:
Pit / EEE 3-4
Sorry for the misinformation, but all other details of the email stand.
Thanks,

This whole fiasco must be giving Jay Levey migraines the size of the Twine Ball. I have no idea whether he's ever had migraines before, but if he hasn't, this ought to do it.

I'll give them credit for being responsive and upfront about this. I wonder if any of the other concert dates were this complicated. These dates were the ones that were switched about the time AA was let go. as far as I know.
