Yeah, I get enough of that at work.

I'm still making my push for AL-ifornia, ALifornia Adventure, or some such thing. I want to name the entire state after him.

Or, "Weird World"?

Yank-cortex? [lame attempte to incorporate "Al's Brain"].

Yankocaucus?
Yankocamp? Yankolympics?

Same here.

I like your idea of naming the state after him; after all, he did have the governor of the state living in his home for several years.

What, you say?

Of COURSE he did. It's on YouTube, so it has to be true.

What if, going back to my suggestion, we called it "WAYCon" but had a subtitle to it of "Weird Al Yankovic Fan Convention" or something to that extent.

There will be press releases, etc. My husband and I own a marketing/public relations business, so we know how to do this. The biggest issue is, of course, finances.

Or, "WAYCon, that is, Weird Al Yankovic Convention, not anything evangelical, or having to do with convicts or Congress or the constitution or anything, not that there's anything wrong with that".

Or is that too run-on?

I'd suggest 'HamsterFest', but that might attract a different crowd altogether.

And Richard Gere.
