Who Would Be The New Al If He/she Wanted To?

He who's tired of Weird Al is tired of life.

Clean jokes that don`t mock anyone are actually pretty rare. There are blonde jokes, which I find to be a great insult. The stepmother jokes are also kind of an insult because of the stereotype. But overall, we have always find some scapegoat to laugh at.
Funny to think Al rarely does that kind of thing. So the next Al might need to be someone who doesn`t mock a certain kind of people. I guess it has to be someone who can make quick jokes (considering lyric lengths) and also gifted in most types of humor, even some dark humor if needed.
Agreed. I've seen several comics who can do the type of humor Al does without utilizing stereotypes and race and such.

Nucka's far from "the next Al', but seems to have a following. Gilbert Gottfried does a lot of race jokes and nobody says anything about that.

Well...yeah. But, considering that his act is the way it is, and he's been doing it for 30 years, they had to know he did more than voice Iago in Aladdin. I saw the man in a live show not so long ago. Doesn't hold back anything.

I personally like Nucka but i also love Al but to me the next Weird Al will be someone like James@War if he gets popular or The lonely Island.

I think Nucka Nucka Ali would be, but as everyone keeps saying "He's vulgar, blah blah" his music is funny. Weird Al was the first parody artist I listened to (and makes me laugh), and is my favorite but Nucka's music can make me laugh too. What everyone fails to realize is Al is more family friendly, while Nucka isn't. Both artists are great so stop arguing. Nucka will be the next Al in my opinion because of how good he parodies his songs, similar to Al. Nucka also has a great sense of humor and he does some great stereotypes, like in "Emo (Like a Nazi). Wacka wacka doo doo yeah.

:onfire: I have an epic name. But this argument between Al fans and Nucka fans is like World War III. And I'm a fan of both...

Shoop, assuming you are really here to defend Nucka in good faith, do you mind if I ask why Nucka Nucka Ali himself finds the need to attack Weird Al? Why can't he just co-exist? And why does he feel the need to sick his "nuckas" on this forum?

:ham: Jon, I'm here to defend both. I don't know why either (About the Nuckas). The reason he doesn't want to co-exist is unknown to me... :ham:
