Le Boardroom.
<AnthTrump> Bad Hair Days, welcome to the boardroom.
<AnthTrump> Beavis, what happened? How come you lost this task?
<beavis> ok
<AnthTrump> Beavis?
<beavis> well I don't have photo shop and I am just learning hot to do photo editing
<AnthTrump> gtrmu, who was the main force behind the banner?
<gtrmu> well, beavis and i both collabarted a great deal on it. me with the idea to have al holding the coke can, and for the slogan, and beavis made it happen, so both him and i were the main forces behind it
<ultimosumo_> I admit I was not here for the challenge because of my work schedule.
<ultimosumo_> I had to work double last week.
<AnthTrump> You made a very interesting argument for gtrmu being fired. Do you think he was a bad leader?
<gtrmu> yea sumo didn't do a lot with this one
<ultimosumo_> I think his judgement was a little flawed. We had time to fine tune our banner prior to turning it in, but we turned it in early. I think we could have used more time prior to turning it in.
<AnthTrump> Kevbo, between gtrmu and Abbott--who does your team need more?
<Kevbo> I would say we need grtmu more. He has participated way more than Abbott.
<AnthTrump> Beavis, which of the three would you fire--gtrmu, Abbott, or Kevbo?
<beavis> I guess would have to say abbott
<AnthTrump> How about you, sumo? Have you changed your mind about gtrmu?
<ultimosumo_> No. I think he was the leaderthis task. We failed. We have no more MIA's. He is accountable. He should go.
<AnthTrump> gtrmu, what do you think of that?
<gtrmu> well, yes, i was the leader of this task, however, everyone else admits that i came up with some VERY good ideas. even driew said he thought ours was better. sure, he might be a bit biased, but our team felt as if we did a good job
<AnthTrump> You did do a good job. I liked both ads.
<gtrmu> however sumo seems to think it's all my fault that we failed
<ultimosumo_> It' wasn't your fault we failed, but we have no mia's. We are accountable for our team no matter if we lose or win. It's not the process, it is the result.
<AnthTrump> See, I don't really see where gtrmu is at fault for this task.
<gtrmu> well, i had to bring SOMEONE to the boardroom with me, but you can't always hold the leader accountable if you fail
<gtrmu> sometimes you have to blame the workers
<gtrmu> yes, most of the time the leader is responsible
<AnthTrump> I do think he should have involved the team a bit more, but that's something he can work on.
<gtrmu> but not all the time
<ultimosumo_> In my real job, I still get the blame no matter who meese up.
<beavis> my I speek?
<AnthTrump> Yes.
<gtrmu> well what can i say sometimes people can't be real men and take the blame
<AnthTrump> Now, that I don't like.
<AnthTrump> There's no need to insult your teammates.
<gtrmu> i didn't mean it like that
<gtrmu> i meant in the sense that
<ultimosumo_> I want it noted i did no personal attacks. I just said there is accountability.
<gtrmu> say the boss messes up royally and he blames it on the workers
<gtrmu> that's what i meant
<gtrmu> i have to deal with it as well at work
<beavis> well I think the main reason ours was lacking is the text but with the program I have I am limited to very bacic text options
<ultimosumo_> A good boss, leader, manager takes accountability for the results, then doles out the fixes later.
<AnthTrump> Ok...I want one-word answers from all the BHDs who are with us tonight: who should be fired? gtrmu, Kevbo, or Abbott?
<Kevbo> Abbott
<gtrmu> abbott
<ultimosumo_> gtrmu
<beavis> abbott
<AnthTrump> I think I've got enough information to make my decision then.
Abbott, you're fired.
<AnthTrump> He just wasn't pulling his weight.
