I've been so moved by everyone in these last few posts that I had to share this clip of him. He's so sensitive and so beautiful that I started to cry. The words are silly, but there is so much more than the words in this clip.

And then he Punks you, sorta, and goes into straight-up WTF SILLY G00SE in singing the Jeopardy theme for you in that other clip, which got me laughing again. XDD He just sort of weaves back and forth that way and messes with your head, doesn't he?

If any of you have noticed, (I'm assuming none of you have) I joined the forum 1 day after my first weird al concert. Before the concert, I was kind of a fan. my sister (stardraw123) would fangirl about him all the time, so I just rolled with it. I was a big fan, but I wasn't as crazy about him as I am now. Nonetheless, I was still extremely excited for the concert! In fact I wouldn't stop begging my dad if we could go. I even gave up my regular birthday celebration for this concert, since the concert was only a few days after my birthday. I told my dad that I would rather do this than a normal birthday, and that's how I got my dad to buy the tickets. Anyways, the concert was amazing! However, after the concert I was so filled with enthusiasm, that I started shaking ALOT It wasn't a bad feeling though.. I was just super happy. (I got the same exact feeling when he liked a post of mine on instagram, and my sister said the same thing happened to her after the concert) Soooo while we were in the car driving back home, I fell asleep, and when I woke up I was extremely said that the concert was over. It just hit me that I wasn't there anymore. The next day I was still sad about it, so I watched a bunch of videos with Al in them. I was begging my sister to show me more about him, and she eventually directed me to the forum. though she only told me the abbreviation, I searched up WOWAY weird al forum, and I found it! She was begging me not to check a topic called "yankochick central" , so... I checked the topic. Once I hit page 19 and 20, and I saw those amazing gifs (you know the ones im talking about ) EVERYTHING STOPPED. I completely fell in love with him... I spent so much time looking at pictures of him, and watching videos, and I noticed how adorable he is, AND HES SO AMAZING <3 I made an account, and now I spend everyday looking at videos and pictures of him

I loved reading this post 'cause... 'cause that's how it is, when you fall for him. You're "not that into him" for a while, then suddenly it hits you.
You're thinking a lot about him, you keep looking him up when you're passing time on the interwebz, you keep being drawn back to his Twitter or Instagram. You think- "ah, he's just really cool! I like (re/)discovering new things, I'm all into him at the moment."

And then that changes, right under your nose. You're paying attention not just to the music and its cool beats, but his voice. Its smoothness, its roughness, its highs, and all the way down to its almost sensuous lows.
You still hear his voice, maybe even saying your name or something encouraging even in the form of song lyrics that might resonate with you somehow on a certain day, or might just be stuck in your head.

If this doesn't happen first, his appearance will get to you soon enough. All of a sudden he isn't just that silly guy, or that boy with the Weird 'Fro and the glasses and mustache you remember.
You really, really like what you see, and you just want to look at him more and more often. His smile starts getting to you, and even the "I am a crazy person" stare is one you find yourself staring back at in photos.

You start noticing his eyes (beyond, or without, the glasses), his hair and the way it moves, his body. You pay attention to his hands, wonder what it feels like to have them holding yours, and then his arms, and in come the Al-hug daydreams.

It's a bit before you catch yourself doing all this, but when you do, you just sit back in amazement at just WHO you fell in love with! And then you feel sort of proud, for some reason or another, that your heart chose him.
Or, as it might really feel, he chose you, if you like to imagine things that way. XD To this day, I can't remember what drew me over to Al's Twitter that night in September 2012, so I like thinking he mysteriously pulled me over.


....holy geez I really went on a roll there. D: SORRY LOL. I told you, this guy has an effect on me, and before I knew it it was a powerful one! I guess that's the point of my post.

AND also to powerfully identify with you in how you felt so sad after the concert was over!! I felt that low too, after the major Al-Induced Haze had passed. I still remember what went through my head when I watched Al leave the stage-- something along the lines of "bby don't go... ;_;!". I'm a girl, we get mushy and stupid like that. XD

It's so good to read your posts. Al has such a wonderful effect on me and it's so nice to know that I'm not alone.
After posting these videos I realized how much each one affects me differently at different times, but it's always so nice!
This time Close but no cigar has stunned me with his really long curls and his way of moving with the music. I feel sad that he's so underrated. But, I wonder if that isn't part of the reason that he affects me so much. If he was some main stream hottie, it wouldn't be the same. He's not fabricated for profit, he's the real deal.
