For the last lyric, I do hear "a quick gla...", but don't know what it could be.

There's definitely a G sound in there. My money's on glass - we shared a quick glass...of some liquid or another.

Couldn't it be the end of "quick" that makes a "g" sound? I don't know.

I'm hoping I'm wrong, to tell ya the truth.
Edit:Got sick of doubting myself. Listened to it on Audacity, upped the volume.
Sounds like shared a quick laugh. Phew. Glance sounded silly.
