I have a feeling the voice could be a little louder, but otherwise the song is great.
How would Mickey have reacted if it had been Black Pete?

The mix is bound to change. When we finish the album, we always go through every song and make sure the mix is perfect. Preview versions that came out before don't have the same OCD attention to detail.

Loving the song. Is it alright for me to play it on my show this Saturday?

weirdojace wrote:I can feel this band changing. Next week, we're going to the studio to record a batch of new songs. These new songs are very different. They're really weird. But really cool and psychedelic. Some are funny and some aren't. I can't wait to share them.
I can sense change within Nuclear Bubble Wrap as well, Jace. When you showed me your demo of "Lizards in the Sky," [which I'd like the instrumental to, since it happens to be my new favorite song to listen to] the other night, it had me saying, "It's hard to believe that this is the very same Jace, who produced such classics as When I Grow Up, I'm Gonna Be a Mongoose, I Don't Know How to Use a Fork, Ducks on the Wall, Books and Spells, and I Blew Up the Car."

I still have all of your old recordings, Jace, and there are times when I listen to the classic Weirdo Jace and earliest Nuclear Bubble Wrap recordings, when NBW was still in its earliest of early conceptions, and I have to say wow, not only has your proverbial Pichu evolved into a mighty Raichu, but you still manage to make enjoyable music, which to this day inspires me.

I know we don't do much talking on Skype anymore, but there are times when I wish you and I can do a song together, even more now that you've grown as a musician and a producer. Who wouldn't like to hear the two of us, singing in harmony to either your written lyrics or mine? Anyhow, keep up the awesome work, Jace!

Jace, I've been talking about your band around my Facebook friends, and I already got your band a new follower. I had him listen to your newer stuff and In Space No One Can Hear You Scream, he says his favorites are that one, Kenny's Lament and Hulkulele.
Anyway, keep on making awesome music! ...But keep a few aces up your sleeves before the album's release!

(not spoiling but I got the last on the list on your website, it's alright. I mght need a few listens before I get used to it and enjoy it, like it did for Disney Song and THTCBNTF, but I'm gonna enjoy it greatly soon).
And yes, it's a French Canadian. And he's guitarist in a band.
I have kept your Beatles-based 3 songs and Hulahoop; I sent him Hulahoop and Creepy Internet Guy through Facebook. Though he doesn't like Hulahoop much, he said he greatly enjoyed Creepy Internet Guy.
I'm trying to get another nerd I know to listen to Hulkulele too.
