Well, let's look at it this way: Lonelygirl isn't going to have people raise 15,000 dollars in her name so she can get a chunk of concrete named after her
Next thing you know, there'll be the lonelygirl15 Star Fund and lonelygirl15star.com...

Thankfully she'll have to stick around at least another 4 years before that could even happen. They could raise the money, she just wouldn't be eligible

All I can say is wow! Al did an absolutely fantastic job with that performance. From the gangstas to the Segway routine, it was really pretty much flawless. It was a lot more exciting than the Tonight Show performance, and he fixed the backing issues nicely. Steve and Jim were really easy to hear this time. Al also had the lyrics down pat, and he looked like he was having a blast up there. I hope the concert performance is something like that, though he obviously wouldn't have that many people on stage on tour.

I must admit I was a little worried for a few seconds. He started out slow...but that could be only because of the "changing to the nerd" routine. If that stays (It's the most likely part that will stay I'd guess) he'll need to work on that one. But that's definity just a minor thing.

Sounds like they're really making a big production out of W&N! Jon's gonna be the DJ, a Busby Berkeley routine!
That's what they did! Very cool. The overhead shot of the segway choreography was very Busby Berkeley. I enjoyed this immensely.

Let's face it, it can't even go 3 years without changing it's name.
Doesn't it change every year? (Big in '05, Big in '06, etc.)
Haven't seen it yet (I don't have VH1) but it sounds like Al at least put on a great show.
You can add me to the list of people who have never heard of lonelygirl15.

WOW!! I think I'm repeating what others have said already, but WOW! That performance was freakin awesome!!!!!
27000 times better than the Tonight Show performance! It totally made up for me being sad that he didn't get the award. It also way made up for the previous performance- I think this one is going to really get people talking! <<Positively this time!
As for not getting the award- you gotta remember people, just being nominated is an honor! The "Big in" awards shows are very prestigious. It's an even bigger honor to perform! LonelyGirl15 has a huge, and obsessive, internet following. The people who watch it spend their lives on the internet... day in and day out. I had a feeling she might get a lot of votes. She's a great actress, and deserved it. All the nominees were deserving of the title, so it must have been a close race. I was kinda rooting for (Al of course first) Ok Go's video.

Man, it's gonna be tough for the live act to live up to that performance. That was really good.
