If a deaf concertgoer calls the venue to request one, they probably would provide the interpreter for free. If you watch the clip above, she's clearly signing to one or two people in particular.

Just did one minute of research on this and, as I suspected, this was part of the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act.

Here's a great article explaining everything:

Anyone else think 'White & Nerdy' and 'Amish Paradise' should be switched around in the set list? W&N always gets the biggest applause and Amish just comes off as a kind of awkward show closer...Idk tossing that around in my mind

I think Amish Paradise is the main set closer because W&N would be more awkward to transition into the this tours closing James Brown/Hernia jam.

But if a deaf person calls someone on the phone, how would they...? Oh, never mind.

I disagree. I think 'Amish Paradise' has a lot of appeal between old-school Al fans (pre-'96) and the fans since who've actually went through his catalog. Also, I think it ends the main part of the show with a good amount of audience participation (the crowd doing the wave)... however, I will say the fact that the audience then ends up waving their cell phones during the immediate next song (the "Cell Phones" encore) is a little bit on the repetitive side.
