2004 (First) WOWAY Awards

Okay. I think I may have a solution:
I make an introductory webpage, complete with the rules, and in certain cases, choices for voting. Oh yeah, and a nice shiny colour scheme. That links to this topic, WOWAY, WOWAY chat, and most importantly, the voting page. This has a complete page of all the appropriate questions, answers etc. I've yet to see how the voting system works, but I'll try it now...

It works better than I expected. I'll send the result pages, WITHOUT looking at them (there's gotta be a "blur screen" function around here somewhere) to the host, about half to one hour before the results are announced.

But I still need to know if there are any more categories. I'll give an initial day, but I will accept categories up until voting begins. 17 categories currently exist.

Voting will be 2 weeks long. Perhaps WHiZZi can send a mass-PM to everyone when voting begins.

EDIT:Development of the web page has begun.

Wow! A MASS pm to EVERYONE!!!! Man WHiZZi will be busy.

Hopefully he has a function that will allow him to make ONE pm and have it sent to everyone.

Yes, I imagine it's possible.

WHiZZi still hasn't responded to my PM about hosting the site here. The longer that takes, the longer it will be until voting.

I'm sure he hasn't even been here in awhile. He probably doesn't checkin every day.

But he did respond to my PM about donating. I think I just missed him. Plus, I can only work on it during the weekends.

I have the official logo for the awards, but we still don't have the actual awards themselves. So, anyone who wants to submit a trophy is welcome to. But it:must be an image of a statue. Perhaps an accordion would be in place?must be gold or bronze colouredmust have adequate space for the name of the awardmust be 100x100 or 200x200 pixels

I've found an accordion trophy which I'm currently working on, but if anyone still wants to make one go ahead.

These are the categories that nobody seems to have a problem with. If anyone does, or wants to suggest another category, PLEASE do so!
