World of Weird Al Yankovic

LOL, I think I would have probably done that, too. Clothes aren't going to ever stop me from missing an Al concert!

I had a weird dream last night again. It was that Al and I were in a library and he was singing "Good Old Days". I was sitting next to him playing the bongos. It only seemed to last a few seconds. Then in my dream I was in a random store. It was really busy at the store and I was in the line to buy something(even though I had nothing in my hands). There was a computer in front of me, so I decided to go to woway. I was looking at a picture of Al on the computer when my Dad came out of no where and said, "Hey, don't you have a crush on Al?". I said "What?!". Then my Dad dissapeared and so did the computer. After that the dream continued, but it was just a bunch of weird stuff about me helping my cousin pick out a toothbrush. Nothing Al related lol.

I had another Al related dream! I was in a big room where Al keeps his costumes for the concerts. It looked like over a thousand outfits were there. I was looking at one of the costumes, when I saw Al. I walked over to him and he started to talk to me. I said to him," Hey, Al, didn't you get a new tiger-striped suit?". He laughed and said, "Yes, I did." In the dream both our families were having a family reunion in two different rooms next to the room we were in. We were walking to my familys' reunion. He said" Ew, all your family is eating is ham. Would you like to come to my family reunion".(somehow he knew that I'm a vegetarian) I said yes. We walked to the room where his family was having their reunion. Al took me to a white table with about 50 people sitting around it. I got to meet Suzanne and Nina in the dream, and I talked to them, but I don't remember what I said. It was really cool.

Wow, you have awesome dreams, Laura! I never have good Al dreams anymore...

Try listening to your favorite Al song before you go to sleep. It almost always works for me

Ok, I had two Al-related dreams. My first one was very short where Al and I were at a very loud party, and we were dancing and headbanging to rock music. I had a mullet for some reason
My second dream was a disturbing one involving "nerd" Al and bubblewrap. I think it was based on a certain video.. 'nuff said.

Had a dream last night where I got to atteend my first Al show.

Yes...Al somehow booked a show at the fabulous Pratt Auditorium in Jaffrey, NH, playing for about 75 people!

Anyway, a few highlights:

The band not even able to fit on stage and having to stand to the sides, Suzanne wheeling out a fake baby in a carriage (Which I swear was a somehow shrunk down Ruben when they closed up on it), and a completley horrible rendition of SLN that sounded choppy and it came from a tin can.

I do remember some songs: Besides SLN, there was clearly CNR (Must be that striking Meg Schwartz that made me remember that part ), and POSSIBLE SPOILER ( ) a clearly lip synched Modest Mouse style parody that Al didn't even seem to know the words of

Around after the SLN performance, I woke up (My exact words upon waking up: Aw HELL no!)

I wish it lasted longer: I at least wanted to see where they were going with baby Ruben....

OK, so in this dream, I was at home watching TV (possibly the Ultimate Video Collection) and I heard a crash outside. It was a limo! I was like "Whatever!" Then Ding dong! It was Al! then i woke up. short dream, huh?

A few nights ago I had a dream that I hired to preform at my wedding reception. Which got me wondering how much it would cost if I ever actually did one day get married to have Weird Al at the wedding reception. Probably tons...
