Ca, mon ami c'est francais. On parle cette langue en France, Quebec et certains pays en Afrique.
Vous ne pourriez pas traduire ca parce que je parle en slang francaise et je ne utilise pas les propres accents.
Yo no hablo español con soltura, pero comprendo los conceptos básicos del idioma bastante bien. Yo no puedo componer oraciones en español.

The first sentence doesn't have enough familiar words.
the second sentence is something to the effect of:
"I can offend you all and no one will notice."
No?

That's quite correct. The full sentence was:
"I speak Portuguese and nobody understands what I'm writing. I could offend you all and nobody would notice!"

Technically you could INSULT us all and we wouldn't notice, we could only be offended if we did understand
