It just seems like Al is on a roll right now, trying to really outdo himself. I don't think 20 years ago anyone could have predicted Al would be where he is now. What accomplishments! If he's gonna keep going, he might as well go for the gold...that seems to be Al's logic. He's so motivated, it's so inspiring!

*dreamy sigh*

Hehe, I giggle every time I hear WBUL! *sigh*

I hope it stays because it's just another chance for him to go out into the audience and make girls swoon!

"One More Minute" and WBUL go together so well--- they're both good "women go crazy" songs.

I think those are my favorite parts of the show.

I can't wait until the next tour though because for all we know, he may have another awesome tour only song to add to the lineup--- I dunno what could top Pizza Delivery though---

oh man--- bad pun... TOP pizza delivery--- muwahahaha... I'll stop now. :F

I suspect there will be a lot of changes to the next set list, especially the post-medley songs. He's been doing all of them [except CP] for quite a while. Also, Pentiums will be more or less obsolete without a major rewrite by then.

Cheers, Diva
anticipation.........

but Pentiums is such a classic! what i'd really like to see back on the setlist is Like A Surgeon, mainly because i've never seen it live, except on the Live DVD which doesn't really count. i'd also like to see some of the older originals on the setlist, like Good Enough for Now, or Cable TV.

with WBUL and OMM, it works really well, because in WBUL he goes down the right side of the audience, and with OMM he goes down the left, so he gets to see everyone, that doesn't seem like something he would get rid of.

That was my way of thinking of it...I don't know about which side he goes down on which song, but for one song he goes to one side of the audience and for the other he goes to the other side of the audience.

I hope he doesn't get rid of WBUL. That is a performace that is too much fun to get rid of

Im half expecting I Can't Watch This to be part of the setlist. I just have a sneaky feeling.

If it is, I think it would most likely be in the Medley. I can't imagine Al performing the entire thing, mostly because it's not one of his most popular parodies.

I would guess that the only two NEW performances that will survive from the Poodle Hat Tour would be "Wanna B Ur Lovr" and "Couch Potato." And possibly "Dog Eat Dog," but not likely. Personally, though, I would rather he got rid of "Couch Potato" and bring back "Like a Surgeon." And at the risk of getting lynched, I think "One More Minute" is getting kind of old, and if he had to get rid of either OMM or WBUL, I'd rather he get rid of the former.

And of course, I'm still holding out hope that he'll write a special expanded version of "The Saga Begins" for concert performances, one that spans the entire Star Wars saga.
