I am offended by everyone's use of the word offended, which of course comes from the Latin offendere meaning "to hit, strike against." As a pacifist, I am offended that people are using such violent language to describe being offended.

I'm just glad people are finally waking up to the offensive nature of Al's music. How his garbage doesn't have a warning label is beyond me. It's not like this is the first album to be riddled with despicable content. In "Eat It" (his first song) he attacks "fussy" children who won't eat whatever food he puts in front of them. Hey, Mr. Yankovich! Maybe they have allergies, you insensitive jerk!

Then he tells kids to pretend to be doctors, dares them to engage in "stupid" activities, makes fun of precious innocent ducks, encourages self-mutilation, celebrates a satanic movie, performs a thinly-veiled song about "aliens" that is really a racist rant, engages in misogyny and weight-shaming, and follows all that up with not one but two consumerist odes to excess. ALL ON THE SAME ALBUM!!!

Not to mention his other hit songs that ridicule people with hernias, test-tube babies, the Amish, rabbis, Canadians, online shoppers, Disneyworld employees... the list goes on and on people! It is a well-known fact that Curt Cobain, a singer with the popular grunge-style combo Nirvana, was so humiliated by Weird Al's devastating mockery that he shot himself, an act that was imitated by many of his fans, making Mr. Yankovich essentially a serial killer!!!
