What happens if there's a tie after 24 hours?

I'm assuming it will become a sudden-death match between the two songs in the tie.

For this first round then yes we will have a sudden death match between those two songs.
For future match-ups (where it's already 1 vs 1) then the first vote after the 24-hour mark will cast the tie.

Cut these nine songs down to eight.

Weird Als' Worst includes the following nine songs:

Spatula City (Seed 16)
Waffle King (Seed 15)
Buckingham Blues (Seed 16)
Stop Draggin' My Car Around (Seed 8 )
Such A Groovy Guy (Seed 14)
Gotta Boogie (Seed 11)
Girls Just Wanna Have Lunch (Seed 15)
Let Me Be Your Hog(Seed 16)

RULES: You must vote for one of these nine songs that you feel DOES NOT BELONG in Weird Als' Worst. The song with the most votes at the end of 24 hours (noon on Monday) will officially be spared from the remainder of the competition.
As always, you may only vote once and any edited posts will not be counted (though you may feel free to submit a new post with your vote if you do accidentally edit a post).

SUGGESTION: Now that we have no set number of votes required to advance a song, you can feel free to explain in much greater detail your argument for why you chose the song that you did. Perhaps this will influence those who have not voted yet...

Waffle King. IMO, it's one of Al's most underrated songs. It hasn't always been on my high-end list of songs, but it's definitely the best of the songs left in the tournament.
