That was adorable! He has such a great attitude. One of many reasons I love him so much.

a) he looks incredibly cute in this video (especially when he gave the reporter a hug! awww). b) i'm beyond impressed with how he reacts to what is essentially every performing artist's nightmare. This interview was right after he had just played a concert to a rude audience where people were booing at him, not applauding, at one point someone shouted "you suck!", etc. Horrible.
And he's laughing about it and being incredibly gracious. He's having fun with the interviewer, poking fun at the situation and acknowledging it without ever seeming bitter or saying anything negative about the audience in return, just being his usual cheerful adorable happy-go-lucky self.
I'm a singer and I downloaded this video because i want to keep it as a reminder that a) absolutely every performing artist in the world, no matter how amazing they are, occasionally has disastrous things happen onstage, and b) he is an inspiration and THIS is how I want to be when I have a negative experience- keeping it classy and gracious and being able to brush it off and genuinely laugh about it.
I LOVE THIS VIDEO. YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH. ;A;
I came across this gorgeousness ages ago, but what feels like only yesterday because of how much I LOVE watching him act with such grace, such class, and such cheerfulness that you would never imagine for even a MOMENT that he was just booed off the stage.
This was in my early early Yankochickie days, before I could even conceive of being a Yankochick, or for that matter--
loving Al as much as I do today.
I took a HUGE fall head over heels after seeing this, though.
He is just so cool and sweet about it all, you can see he radiates this warmth, forgiveness and understanding of even the people who were unfortunately very verbal and violent about how they
did not like him.
What a big, soft heart he has, inside that strong, solid mountain he is.
This is what keeps charming me about him-- he looks like this soft little goofball boy next door, the class clown that sits behind you in school that you don't notice until later on... and he just amazes you with how mature and strong he really is.

Yeah, I love that clip.

I wish it was longer. I posted it over in the "Al On The Simpsons" topic earlier today, but it definitely deserves a place here. Conan should try eating sometime. He looks very thin. I'm used to seeing him in a suit, so seeing him in jeans is different.

oops, sorry for the double post! whenever i'm on here i'm usually perusing sneakily at work and trying to pretend like i'm not fooling around online, so i miss things

i wish it was longer too! 30 seconds is such a tease!
& this
Conan should try eating sometime.
made me literally laugh out loud (yes, literally #NotAWordCrime

) i think he's always been really skinny, but idk, all my Conan knowledge is from when i was in high school and i used to sneak downstairs after my parents went to bed to watch his old show when he was on Late Night.

then i started cheating on him with a gay robot skeleton.
