QUOTE (Insert Coin(s) to Continue @ Jan 30 2008, 02:49 AM) Hey guys. This one might not really count, but Al just got a mention over at RiffTrax! The commentary for Batman & Robin was fan written, but performed by Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy, and Bill Corbett. During a scene of the movie, Kevin says, "...Or play 'Albuquerque' by "Weird Al" Yankovic. Always a tempting choice."

... It may not count because I wrote the joke, but, hey, a famous guy said his name nonetheless!

You made Rifftrax summon Al.

Since IzzFizzBizz brought it up in the other 27 thread, I figured I'd take the quiz. I scored 44.97041% - Major Geek. That makes me the second geekiest person on this forum... I find that hard to believe. :P

Weird Albert in a Can

Nice article, Edgewriter. You could have taken a little poetic license, and titled it Weird Alfred in a can, since that's Al's full name. I would probably have to do what Dave said he might try, and get the Mp3, and play it while watching the movie on VHS. This is the first I've heard of RiffTrax, but if it's something Mike Nelson is connected with, I'm sure it'll be great.

I thought about it, and I knew that some diehard fans might take issue with the Albert part, but Weird Albert in a can just sounded funnier to me.

By the way, Al's reference to his Jurassic Park song in that preview clip rolled me.
