ETA: I know there were a few people who mentioned possibly meeting for dinner before the show. If anyone still wants to do that, post a reply, and we can try and figure out a time to meet. A lady at the Curves center said that Max and Erma's is a good restaurant. I linked to a review, and it sounds like a nice place. Let me know what you think.

I dont know what the odds of a soundcheck would be at this show, but I am gonna try hanging around the venue for a while to see if I can't catch it. Its outdoors, so even just hearing it from the parking lot would be cool.
We really should all try to meet up somewhere. I dunno, I really just like to hang around the venue, or sit in the hotel when tourchasing...mostly because I'm not much for straying away from my destination once I'm there when I don't know the area. I'm kind of a nervous driver, so yeah. So my personal ideal situation would be to gather at the venue a couple hours before the show.
Were you thinking more along the lines of meeting up for dinner somewhere Patti?

Yes, I was talking about meeting for dinner, which is what I said upthread. I thought perhaps Max and Erma's, which is on Adams would be good.

My guess is that it will be Kristi, Alchav, and Alchav's two brothers.
Please, anyone who wants to meet up for dinner, let me know so we can work out a time. So far, for sure, we have me, Annette, Kari and her friend.

Hey Patti, I looked at the location of Max & Erma's, and that sounds like a great idea.
My drive down there is only a couple hours, so I will probably be in the area around 1:00-2:00,get checked into my room, then go scope out the venue for soundcheck. I'd say we should meet at Max & Erma's around 5 or 6, then we have plenty of time time to hang out and chat before the show.
That just sounds like a real good plan to me at least. Let me know what you all think....
