Well since I was born on Leap Year I was -1 when I was -4. But I assume you meant because I am now you.

If you were me, you'd be +1 or +2 in 1976, depending on when it aired.

I think that even though you are born on Leap Day, you still age, it's just you don't get to celebrate your birthday. :D
