Well, then it will be perfect. I'll put it at the end of my post.

Oh they will. Trust me. We've already decided that this will be a heavily modded forum.
Would it be a good idea to set up some guidelines ahead of time for the questions? We want Jim to enjoy the experience somewhat, after all.
I'm hoping he'll enjoy it a lot. Enough to have him recommend it to at least two of his fellow band mates. Maybe even THREE.

Hey, a girl can dream, can't she?
Guidelines? Well WHiZZi has already said that you should make sure that the questions haven't already been asked and answered somewhere else. And that we shouldn't ask him what Al thinks.
I'd like to add that it would be nice if people didn't act as if the only thing Jim (or any of the band members for that matter) have to contribute is their time spent with Al. I'm hoping that there will be some genuine interest in Jim's own career and music.

I was planning on asking him about his own music. I have Coconut Hat so far, and I definitely want more Jim cds. Such beautiful music.

Hopefully there will be a nice mix of questions both about the creative process with Al and also his own solo work.

Haven't forgotten you guys. Jim is on the phone with my wife. I am going to ask if he has registered and see when he would like to do the online Q&A.
Dave
Sounds like they are talking about either too much rain or not enough and the plants and flowers dying....

Alrighty. Just hung up with Jim. He is going to register tonight for the forum. He's been so busy his "head is spinning". Lot's of shows, charity events and evidently a landslide... long story. Poor guy always finds himself in some of the wildest predicaments!
He is going to shoot me an email to let me know when he is all registered in and I will contact Scottidog and Whizzi and we'll get this thing going!

Oh my. I hope he, his family and home are ok?

Yeah. Not to worry. Nothing bad. He was coming home from a gig last night and there was a landslide as he was coming down a mountain. By the time the dust settled, he found himself in the other lane facing oncoming traffic. He thought "It's over, Jimmy.". 24 hours later and it's sort of funny. At the time, he said he yelled a couple of words that I won't place on this board and zoomed off!
Trouble finds that guy!
