'Al Gals' is simply another term for Yankochicks. A female fan of Al. 8D

I'm not too sure what the difference between the two is -- maybe different generations of Al fangirls?
The term 'Yankochicks' was coined very very recently (I believe thanks to you? 8D) -- but I've seen 'Al Gals' mentioned left and right here for ages!


That's cute, I think- the Yankochicks are the new girls just kinda coming to terms with their Al love, and the Al-Gals are the ladies who've been familiar with that experience long before us. <333

Ehehe, that sentiment is shared.

When my niece and I went to eat pizza with my grandma today, we ended up talking a lot about Al (though my niece was more interested in games). At one point, my grandma asked "What does he look like now?" and I, uh, may have gone a bit overboard I found out quickly that he hadn't really seen Al after he got LASIK, so I showed her that picture (among others) when we got home. She slowly recognized him, and we basically ended up going on about his hair a bunch, ehe.

I wish I could go overboard, myself! I get lost for words most of the time.
I think my Mum suffers from some poor eyesight condition because when she catches me going through Al pictures or something, she is not yet as entranced by the gorgeousness as I am.
She DOES however think Al with his hair back, or looking like he did in The Saga Begins, is cuteness, though... so it's a start. ;D

No worries though, I WILL cure her. ;D (I want to end up going on about his hair, and the rest of him, a bunch with her too!! You and your grandma must've had a lot of fun! XD)
