why doesn't Al just do a straight to internet Al-TV sort of like Kevin Smith did with his last special. I'm sure some website would sponsor it.

Yeah it was real short it was the one that had the K-Fed and Ashley Simpson Interviews

It went from 4 hours in the old days to 1. But it was still grand

I would hope he did an AL-TV. I've never seen one on TV before, I'd love to tune in to the next one.

The real news here that immediately jumped out at me was that this means there will be some sort of released video for Polka Face. Very curious if this means there will be an animated video, or just the usual thing from AL-TV and the concert videos.

I wondered when I saw the tweet if Al was merely saying "It's official" because the press are saying its so. It didn't occur to me he really might mean it, figured he was just commenting on the badly researched press story about Polka Face.

He could also be saying that to hype up the album for the people who are not devoted fans who know everything he does and are just people who casually follow him on twitter.

Yeah, I figured the "every single video" bit was referring to the fact that "Polka Face" already has about a dozen "official" videos...for different parts of the medley...this will probably just be shown on AL TV whenever the new special airs. Obviously, it would be a legal nightmare to clear for the DVD but his concerts have shown us he's already edited it. There's a chance this could be put on Al's YouTube page and edited to the album recording of the song.
