Yeah, this has got to be really tough on her. That card will make some of her sadness go away.

It is hard for me to imagine Al without Bela at his side, she was always just, kind of, a part of the picture. I know how he feels though.

Aww... This is sooooooooooooooo sad, I would give Al a card at my concert in a few days, but I would hate to make him sad right after the show...
I also feel realy terrible for poor Nina... I remember when I lost my first dog...

ATY, Al is probably already sad about losing Bela. If you gave him a card, it would probably cheer him up a little to know you cared. It certainly wouldn't make him sad.

I would give it to him in an envelope, and encourage him to open it later. That way he has some privacy when he does read the card.
