Hey, that's pretty good for me only doing Spanish for about a quarter.

Hey, thank you all for the warm welcome. I really feel the love...
Yeah, I'll stick around and try not to be a stranger, but there are just so many interesting things to do... oh, and there's work too.
Yeah, I like my name a lot, in Spanish and in English (I'm impartial to the french version, though).
Getting back to the topic at hand (the video), I also didn't realize that it was Al until much later in the video, but since it was a joint production between him and the guys at JibJab, I don't see why we can't see it on VH1 or on MTV later on. Several JibJab videos have made the jump to TV, if only as part of a news story of the new 'popular thing to bash Bush'.
As for the Amazon thing, with international shipping rates it'd be more expensive than buying it in the US, i think. And since I'm not that far from the border (2.5 hour drive), I could easily go and buy one at any retailer. I'll probably have a trip to the US anyway...

Yes, it is, GrayJ. I just wanted to make it sound more like how we speak here. You did well, though.

If this video doesn't get released on a DVD with White & Nerdy, I will be very angry. VERY angry.

At Rehearsals.com, there's video clips of Taylor Hicks being interviewed and practicing songs. About 5 minutes in, he mentions Al's parody and slips in "Do I Creep You Out" during the titular lines. heh
Wow, that's really cool!

Did he get permission from Al to sing that song?

That was funny, but why did it seem like the rest of the people in the room were completely ignoring him when he told them about the parody.
I like how he kept signing "Do I Creep You Out" instead of "Do I Make You Proud." That's hilarious! This is like the closest we've gotten to hearing an original artist perform Al's parody of them. Awesome!

He certainly seemed to be rather proud that "Weird Al" did a parody of his song. Oh, and it's at about 5 mins, 40 secs when he starts to talk about "DICYO," for anyone who doesn't want to hear the 'story' before it.

That was prettty funny. I couldn't get video, but just hearing Taylor Hicks blend his song with Al's made me laugh.

I liked that, just hearing that little bit cracked me up. I couldn't get the video to work on the full clip version for some reason. How strange.
