Thanks for posting that, Jace. I'm glad to see so many people outraged by those idiots and their senseless, immature behavior.

At the risk of dragging this past what some people might like, I'm going there when I get home and let them know how little they are appreciated.
Is there some sort of direct link (not to the interview itself) but the Rover's Morning Glory management? I will gladly "share" with them, too.

Although most morning show hosts are jerks, I would especially love to meet those guys in a dark alley.
I bet the guy who said if he was on Letterman or whatever he'd get asked about his parents is going to be wrong when Al appears on the Tonight show. That's awful.

If you do, may I come along, too? I'll put my Viking helmet on and spread a little mayonaisse on the lawn and maybe even overcome my aversion to stomping on things. Just for this one very special occasion.
From their website on October 17: "Weird Al fans want Rover dead". (Here's the link for those who want to read more.)

While I still haven't listened to the entire thing, though I listened to snippets. Wanting him dead?

Maybe a good whack on the head to correct his brain, but that's about it.

I was disturbed by the mention of Al fans
sending death threats
, and went Googling to see if there was anything publically posted that might back up the assertion. Nope, except for a couple of guys in the Something Awful thread linked above who (very profanely) wished him dead, which isn't quite the same thing. It sure didn't do him any good with his listeners, though.

I'd rather have a festering bowl of dog snot than listen to this program.
Right on!
