Sorry, Allison.

You better check your variab-ALs.
[And remember, PARENTHESES take precedence over all other orders of operation!]

18 is NOT the answer.

All Survivors are STILL IN THIS GAME!!!!

ATTENTION, SURVIVORS!! The immunity challenge is now officially OVER!!

weirdallie27 wins immunity!

Correct answers will be posted shortly.

weirdallie27, you have one hour to post here in this Game Play Thread your decision regarding your newly achieved Immunity. You may select only one of these three choices:

A. Keep Immunity for yourself and remain Immune to this Tribal Council's voting;
B. Transfer your Immunity over to another needy Tribe Member; OR
C. Give up Immunity entirely, and receive TWO votes to use at this next Tribal Council.

If no decision is posted by you within one hour, you will be presumed to have decided to keep Immunity for yourself.

Once a decision has been posted in the Game Play Thread, IT CANNOT BE REVERSED. The Tribal Council Announcement will follow soon thereafter.

IMMUNITY [& REWARD!] CHALLENGE #6 -- "TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES"

PLEASE READ ALL DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING!

This game will be a straight forward Weird Al trivia game with a twist.

In the next ten minutes, all the remaining Survivors will gather in the WOWAY Survivor 3 Challenge #6 Game Play Thread. You will be asked to shout out in the Thread [as a post] that you are here and that you can stay for the entire game [roughly 30 to 45 minutes]. If a Survivor is not there in the Challenge #6 Game Play Thread by 8:10 PM EST and I have not received word via PM or a post in the Survivor 3 Chit CHat Thread that he or she will be attending later than 8:10 PM EST, that Survivor will be eliminated from the Challenge and thus be unable to be eligible for Immunity this round. If a Survivor is not there in the Challenge #6 Game Play Thread by 8:10 PM EST but I have received word that he or she will be attending later than 8:10 PM EST [I will announce in the Challenge #6 Game Play Thread the time that person said they would arrive], the Survivors currently present will decide if they should wait for that Survivor or begin playing. If it is decided to begin playing, that Survivor will be eliminated from the Challenge and be unable to be eligible for Immunity this round. [Sorry, but it is the only way to handle this.]

Once we have our Survivors present ready to play, [[I will choose a random order to begin asking questions.]] I will then give each Survivor these five band members [the five band icons we use here on WOWAY] for use later. I then will post the order that the Survivors will play in the Challenge #6 Game Play Thread. Once the order of Survivors is finalized, I will begin the Challenge.

I will begin by making a statement about Al, his music, or the band. I will approach the first Survivor on the list, and ask if this statement is true or false. Each Survivor will have no more than two minutes to answer; if I am unable to find an answer of "True" or "False" posted by the Survivor within three minutes of the posting time of my statement, the Survivor will told their lack of a timely answer will be considered a wrong answer. The Survivor will post their answer in the Challenge #6 Game Play Thread -- only the words "True" or "False" will be accepted [this will prevent some one saying "I MEANT to press 'T', but my finger slipped!" :P]. I will then reveal in the Challenge #6 Game Play Thread if the statement was indeed True or False.

If the Survivor was CORRECT in answering if the statement was True or False [the "Truth"], they must choose one of the other remaining Survivors to lose one of their band members. Survivors should choose strategically -- someone perhaps you DON'T want to see getting Immunity this round, maybe someone you don't have an alliance with, maybe someone who has so far not yet lost any band members ... The Survivor will post their choice of Survivors to lose a band member in the Challenge #6 Game Play Thread.

If the Survivor was INCORRECT in answering if the statement was true or false [the "Consequences"], they THEMSELVES will lose one of their band members. (The Survivor who was correct will ALSO lose a band member themselves IF they fail to post their choice of Survivors to lose a band member in the Challenge #6 Game Play Thread within three minutes.)

Again, summarizing:

* CORRECT & timely in choosing "True" or "False" and in picking another Survivor:
---- CHOOSE a Survivor to lose a band member.

* INCORRECT in choosing "True" or "False"; or
* FAILURE to give a "True" or "False" answer within 2 minutes; or
* FAILURE to name a Survivor to lose a band member within 2 minutes:
---- LOSE one of your OWN band members.

The play continues as each Survivor in the order already posted is given a different statement to identify as "True" or "False". The same rules regarding correctness and timeliness still apply. Each statement will result in one band member from ONE of the Survivors being dismissed.

Remember though -- even if you are unsure of the answer, it is still to your advantage to go ahead and guess. If you fail to answer at all, you WILL lose a band member. But if you take a guess, you have a 50/50 shot at a correct answer!!

After a Survivor has lost all five of their band members, that Survivor's "group" is considered "disbanded". That Survivor is then out of the Challenge and is not eligible for Immunity this round.

The play continues until all the Survivors BUT ONE have lost ALL of their band members. That Survivor, the last one standing, will be considered to have won the "Battle Of The Bands". The last Survivor with any band members after the last question is read wins Immunity.

Oh yes! One more thing. This is a combination Immunity/Reward Challenge. The winner of the Challenge gets Immunity -- PLUS an unopened VHS copy of Babalu Music, the music video of "I Love Lucy" footage that Al produced, including the Lucy montage he created "Babalu Music"!

Hope you know your Al, Survivors. Bands, get ready to battle!

Survivors ready ... and ... GO!!

Minstrels, would you like to have your first tribal council as individuals right now in the WOWAY Chat Room? Or should we wait till later? If you want it now, please go to the Chat Room; if we have at least half of our Survivors, we can do the Tribal Council right away.
