I had an Al dream last night!! I dreamed that we (my husband and I) were going over to Al & Suzanne's house for a dinner party. We entered the house, and there were doorways we were passing as we walked down the hall, all the doors were open. Through one of them was a daybed, and Al was asleep in it covered with a white coverlet. Suzanne said he was taking a nap before dinner, so we tiptoed past so as not to wake him. We went into the kitchen, and Suzanne was cooking home-made vegetable soup (it smelled great, and she let me have a test-taste, yum!). She had other stuff cooking on the stove too, and the kitchen was a very nice big kitchen modern looking with an island counter. We joked around with Suzanne about her being very domestic now, and she told us she loves to cook.

I think I woke up then, I can't remember anything else about it.

What I find very interesting is that I've had a fair number of Al dreams in the past, usually relating to being at a concert. I was so happy for Al when he got married, and shortly thereafter any dream I have about Al *always* has Suzanne in it. It's like the two of them are forever linked in my mind. Cool! Maybe Nina will start showing up too..

Suzanne has appeared in my dreams a couple of times. For some reason, in one she was an actress in some horror film down in the sewer and Al was down there too.

Very strange dream. I remember Al wouldn't give me the time of day in that dream.

I've only dreamed about Al twice, I think, and Suzanne has never appeared in the dream yet, but she always gets mentioned. :)

QUOTE What everyone is watching is Al and Suzanne re-exchanging their wedding vows (I think that's what it's called). But why would they be re-exchanging their vows when the ones they have appear to fit just fine? :D Sorry, couldn't resist that one.

If this continues, we're going to have to have an intervention....

Ok, I had another one just this morning *yawn*. I logged on here so I could report it before I forget it all.

I dreamed I was at an Al concert, waiting for it to start, and realized that it was in a *really* big arena. I looked ahead and saw some seats open much closer. I ran and took them, but then the real owners came, so I moved -- but that put me even closer to the stage. This happened several times, until I was pretty darn close to it.

At that point, the show started with some video clips, and for some reason, Al came out into the audience and started walking around. He was just two rows in front of me, so I stood up and said, "Hi Al!"

He looked at me and, for a moment, he smiled as if he thought he recognized me, -- but then he realized that he didn't. (I guess he didn't remember my dream in which I won a "hang out with Al for a day" contest.) I held my hand out toward him and said, "I'm Alex! I'm a big fan, and it's so nice to meet you." He shook my hand and said something funny, but unfortunately, I forget now what it was.

Then, some more people came and I had to move a ways down the row, and there was only one seat left in the row. Al was like, "Ok, Alex, that must be your seat there." Why he started ushering, I'll never know. :lookround:

Sooo, now I've been to three Al concerts in my dreams. Weird!!

I had another Al dream a few days back. It was actually in the middle of a whole different dream. I suddenly found myself sitting with Al in his house. I don't think I saw him directly, but I do remember the hawaiin shirt, and the fact I was calling him Al. Anyway, for some strange reason, I asked how much he was worth (ex: Michael Jackson is worth $200 million dollars). Al responded that he was worth around $125 million dollars! Then I said that's how he must've purchased such a nice computer, which was right behind him. After that, he got up and said he had to go. I said "I'll see ya later, Al." I think he responded "See ya later." Throughout that segment, Al didn't seem to be his enthusiastic self. Maybe he needed to take a nap. :sleepy:

I do know that when I said "See ya later, Al." I really did want to see him later in the dream!!!

The rest of the dream involved a guy robbing a 7-11, my dad fighting hippies, and an F-18 blowing up a tank my dad had given the hippies... with me making the sound effects for the explosion!

I think Al has done something to my mind... :nervous:

I'll post a dream I had quite a while ago since I haven't been remembering my Al dreams well lately.

I was sitting backstage with Al, who was in his Dog Eat Dog suit, and needed a new button sewn back on. I had a bucket full of buttons in front of me, so most of the dream would have me picking up a button, showing it to Al, who would just shake his head.

This went on for about 20 times until I got it right and I put it back on for him.

Al smiled, shook my hand, and said I could go backstage at the next concert. He left a banana in my hands somehow after that handshake.

I have some of the oddest dreams. Especially since I lack sewing skills.
