World of Weird Al Yankovic

I liked this song when I first heard it and I caught the Beck sound right away (those electronic bleeps are a dead giveaway).



The only line I don't get is the "Yugoslavian Hands" reference. I think there is an old joke with this reference in it but it escapes me right now.



My nine year old son asked me with all sincerity "Why does Al want to be a beef burrito?". I told him because his girlfriend was probably hungry (cringing as I said this). Parenthood just gets more interesting every day.

Well if you remember it, you will share, won't you? I don't know if there is a reference, but the live performance certainly plays up the "what did I just say??" aspect of it.

I thought "Yugoslavian hands" was just an improvised weak pick-up line, much like "your eyes are even bluer than the water in my toilet."



Desperation, or just overall being a jerk? I think Al was trying to simulate both.

I dont get exactly what a ectomorph is? Isnt someone who is thin but has muslces.

So during this song he dosent get to weird because Im going to a concert with my one of my parents and I dont want to be embarrassed. Dont take that wrong I love this song.
