Now I understand Jon's profile pic on facebook. :D
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

Since we're sharing marching band pics, here's two pics:

1. Myself with a few friends around me. I'm the one front and center.

2. Marching out on the field. I'm the middle trombone in the line, three on each side.

Nice pics, Jeremy. Your uniforms look a lot nicer than ours.

Nice marching band pics, Patti and Jeremy! I can definitely see why that experience would give you a greater appreciation for this song.

Thanks for the kind words about my band pic, Kevbo. I couldn't have looked worse if I tried. Watching the video for this song (especially where the drum cadence speeds up) reminds me of how we had to march double time to get on and off the field, and how the chin strap on my hat would choke me as my hat moved its way backward. Really hated that hat! I will say, we made some interesting and fun formations, my favorite being a cash register. I was the middle of one of the keys. We had to march forward and back to make it look like the key was moving. This was for "Movin' On Up", The Jeffersons theme song. That formation sticks out in my mind. Leave it to Al to make it possible for me to bond with others who were in marching band!

I wish that our band would have had the chance to make more formations. Our director was more concentrated on our sound, which I would have put up against any band in the country. That cash register sounds pretty cool, though.

Our band director became more concerned about the sound of the band when I was a senior, so he flip-flopped the concert band and the marching band, making the members of the marching band the better musicians. I apparently was not good enough, so I didn't get to march my senior year. I was not happy. I joined the choir my senior year, but I was still in the concert band as well.

I clearly saw Steve, it's confirmed Bermuda was in this, and I think I saw Reuben, but was Jim in this (the guy behind Al sort of looks like him, but he's taller than I thought Jim was).

Does anyone know the other guy in the marching band who gets a prominent closeup when they pan away from Steve?

I was going to ask the same exact thing. I am assuming it would be someone from Funny or Die.
Also, I didn't know what the Funny/Die bar below the video did, so I was just clicking on it...I accidentally clicked Die :F :( :imstupid:
