I was listening to MF on my drive in to work today, paying attention to the drum parts. I'm skeptical about it being LCtF, as I hear a lot of toms and crash cymbals in the drum fills.
Both Handy and Foil have very sparse drum parts. Even though the drums on both are largely electronic, I'm guessing it'll be one of those two.

I think with all of the momentum Al has picked up this week from the parody videos, it would be smart to perform a parody. It sounds like "Handy" would be the most likely, so I'm pulling for that. I like "Lame Claim to Fame," though, so I wouldn't mind seeing that either.

Guys, it's GOTTA be Jackson Park Express...
Anyway, if it is Handy, how hard is it going to be for him to hit those notes? Is it going to be like You're Pitiful, where he can easily hit them, or Another Tattoo, where he has trouble?

I really don't see how in the world it could be "lame claim to fame" unless he's going to have a few of the celebrities make cameos.

Why would he need celebrities on stage in order to perform a song? That makes no sense.

Why would he perform an original song when the parodies have brought the most attention, that makes no sense. I'm just saying the only way "lame claim to fame" would be entertaining on stage is if some of the celebrities mentioned in the song make appearances.

It would be an appropriate place to play a SCOTS song, as they are a frequent guest of the show and have played with Conan's band. This has been discussed at length in the MF forum.
Plus, "Handy" has proven to be a pretty big dud.

"A few of the celebrities" learn how to read.
