Bermuda Surfing...

Three strikes and you're out. They're not new misspellings, it's just that there are so many of them!

The interview that revealed Jon's first instrument was the accordion. What I wonder, is if he loses the backstage pass, can he still get backstage?

But Al! Mongo wouldn't let me come back!

Surfing for the rest of the guys...

Rubén: not finding much that we didn't already know about.

Jim West did an interesting interview.

Steve endorses Dean Guitars.

It's All About The Loincloth, Baby.

Man, still waters run deep.

Three strikes: Yeah, so he mangled Al's name big time. At least he knows how to spell Def Leppard.

I wonder whether being an ethnomusicologist helped Steve climb into that loincloth for the first time.

I've got to admit that when I watch Steve and Jim doing that little bit of fancy footwork with Al during "Fat" on WAY Live, knowing Steve has a master's degree makes it just that much funnier for me. John Cage would have been proud of him.

Even fancier footwork at OC. I hope they keep that little bit in the tour for Fat because wooo. They sure know how to swivel to the ground and kick their legs.

Al doesn't need helium. He manages just fine au naturale.

Now that you mention it .... I think you're right, Cid ... on BOTH counts~!~~!!!

"Slime Creatures FOS" was electronic, no question. It has that certain "chipmunk" quality to the voices.

"Bohemian Polka", I think, *IS* the song with helium!!! Remember in the middle of the song, you heard in a high squeaky voice, "Galileo! [Galileo.] Galileo! [Galileo.] Galileo figaro!! [Magnifico-oh-oh-oh etc etc]". I wondered when I last listened to that song if they had a guest voice on it, ala Tress MacNeille on PFFAR, to do that line. It almost sounded like Christine Cavanaugh, who does the voice of Chuckie in Nickelodeon's "Rugrats" and Dexter from Cartoon Network's "Dexter's Laboratory". But now hearing that they used helium in some song ----- that's GOTTA be it!!!

[If so, I wonder who's helium laced voice it is? ...... :satisfied: ]

Anyone have any independent confirmation of this???
